It depends on your school and where you live. Whisperall doesn’t notify anyone when you record, so ask first if it’s allowed.
Yes, when you ask. Ask the assistant what the lecture covered: it reads the whole transcript and walks you through it topic by topic, even a two-hour lecture. You can also select one topic and ask for a summary or an explanation.
The free plan gives you 150 credits once to try the AI. The $9 Starter plan includes 2,000 a month, about 3.7 hours of online classes or close to twice that in person, because it records one audio channel. If you run out of credits, your notes stay right there.
Recordings you upload are transcribed in English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean or Chinese. In a live lecture you can also see the translation next to the original, in 34 languages.
